Complete renovation of approximately 20,000 sq. ft in 20 weeks. The entire 29th floor was renovated to market the high-rise views and show potential tenants the expansive finish options available to them. The Spec Suite areas feature exposed ceilings, demountable office fronts, custom recessed lighting and decorative pendants, unique breakout areas, polished concrete, Bolon flooring, LVT and exposed columns with intumescent paint.
The elevator lobby, common corridors and restrooms were completely renovated during this time as well to appeal to a potential full floor tenant with provisions factored into the planning to easily convert the floor to a multi-tenant floor.
