Lake Contracting worked with Equity Office, Dyer Brown and C3 Engineers to provide a complete build out of the 15^th floor to showcase the floor for future tenants.  Work included demolition of the existing space, including the core bathrooms and elevator lobby, and re-build based on design.

The spec Suites features custom millwork in the pantry areas, Accent wood ceiling, polished concrete floors, open concept ceiling along with floating acoustical ceilings, Custom light fixtures within the spec suites, as well as, the elevator lobby, common gathering area and restrooms.
