Working with RDK Engineers & Fusion Design Consultants, we were able to renovate Haug Partners space, creating a brand-new feel to an existing space.
By revamping the reception area to all glass front conference rooms, adding custom millwork, including a contemporary reception desk, and new finishes throughout, one would never guess that 50% of the space was existing.
The new space includes a large boardroom with a Modernfold Partition to break into 2 separate conference rooms, tile flooring in the reception area, which runs down to the new pantry area, custom lighting, floating millwork in the waiting area and outside the conference rooms, as well as, state of the art AV. These renovations update the space, allowing for the tenant to have all the luxuries that were not present when the work started.
