MQM’s law office relocated to 28 State Street and was designed by Dyer Brown and C3 Engineers.
The new space has a minimalist style, with white walls and gray accents, neutral flooring and base. Finishes include carpet in offices, conference rooms and hallways, porcelain tile in the reception area and luxury vinyl in the pantry/copy room.
Slim profile 2×2 fixtures were installed in the new acoustical ceilings, along with reworked HVAC and FP systems.
