Renovations included high end finishes, high end lighting and controls, RACO framing with glazing. Relocation of existing tel-com systems and coordination with client’s vendors were all part of Lake Contracting’s scope.
Project had to be completed under very strict time line and budget. All work was completed on time and within the tenant’s budget constraints.
