Lake Contracting Awarded Four New Projects

The summer months have been busy at Lake Contracting, Inc., with four new project wins from top-notch clients in the financial and pharmaceutical sectors, including Ameriprise, SunLife Financial, First Marblehead, and Novartis.
Ameriprise
Lake Contracting Vice President Urshula Patel will be managing a 16,000-square-foot buildout for financial services powerhouse Ameriprise/Riversource Investments at 125 High Street in Boston. For this fast track project, Lake Contracting will be working with Boston-based architects ID Group.
SunLife Financial
At Copley Center, Boston, Lake Contracting will completely rebuild 45,000 square feet of office space for repeat client SunLife Financial. Lake was awarded this project in a bidding process that included six other general contractors, and is extremely pleased to be working with SunLife again. The architect for this job is Burt Hill.
First Marblehead
In Medford, Massachusetts, Lake will be constructing office space for First Marblehead in conjunction with commercial architecture specialists Perkins + Will.
Novartis
And, Lake Contracting will be starting an office project for pharmaceutical giant Novartis at the Cambridge Center, working with architecture firm Gensler.
