Lake Completes Office Space Construction for Executive Health Exams International and General Reinsurance

Lake Contracting, Inc. is pleased to announce the completion of two office space projects at 125 High Street, Oliver Street Tower in Boston's downtown Financial District for Executive Health Exams International and General Reinsurance Corporation. These projects were built for long-term client Tishman Speyer, a leading developer of first-class real estate in the Boston area and worldwide.

Lake Contracting assisted Tishman Speyer with the budgeting for these fast-track jobs, which began in mid-October, 2006. Both projects had extremely tight deadlines, with completion dates in mid-December, 2006.
Lake was up to the challenge of working with the many parties involved in relocating General Reinsurance from another building. Lake also went the extra mile for Executive Health Exams, spending many days on coordination to make sure that the plumbing installation did not disrupt another tenant's day-to-day work in the occupied space below. According to Lake Vice President Urshula Patel, one element that made project management for these jobs a little easier was the fact that both office spaces were located on the 18th floor of the 125 High Street, Oliver Street Tower.
General Reinsurance is one of the largest property and casualty reinsurers in the United States. Executive Health Exams International is a health industry leader, performing tens of thousands of physical exams each year for corporate customers to help detect life-threatening conditions such as cancer and heart disease.
