"Commercial Builder/Architect" Honors Lake Contracting, Inc. as "Builder of the Month"

For the second time in three years, building industry trade publication Commercial Builder/Architect has honored Lake Contracting, Inc., naming it November's Builder of the Month.
Commercial Builder/Architect Publisher Michelle Elchaak said the award recognizes Lake Contracting for its "outstanding customer service."

The magazine lauded Lake Contracting, which is approaching its 25-year anniversary, for its recent growth spurt and the personal interaction it provides its customers, noting that the company's recently added personnel, expanded office space, and new technology implementations help it respond to customers' needs immediately.
"Lake Contracting ... is a general contracting company with one key philosophy: service the customer," Elchaak wrote in the November issue. "Their experienced team never fails to impress the industry with their management acumen."
The magazine spotlighted several of Lake Contracting's new projects, including the recently completed Emerging Enterprise Center at Foley Hoag, offices for the American Arbitration Association, and the Boston Properties Marketing Suite.
The magazine also highlights Lake Contracting's community work with charities like the Muscular Dystrophy Association, Perkins School for the Blind, the Marlboro Boys and Girls Club, and the Italian Home for Children.
Commercial Builder/Architect previously named Lake Contracting as Builder of the Month in February, 2004.
