Complete demo and build out of the 2nd floor. The space had been previously unoccupied and required a major rehaul to all mechanical systems. One of the upgrades was removing the existing window A/C units and installing a new central air system.

The renovation also included new plumbing, flooring, painting, and other finishes.

The space features sliding glass partitions in the reception area, custom countertops and shelving.

A New Facility

In addition to occupational health services, the center provides physical therapy, sports medicine, and other specialties. While the project seemed rather straightforward—the existing layout was left 75 percent intact—Lake helped transform the space, optimizing it to meet the unique needs of the thousands of patients who visit the center on a weekly basis for treatment. Lake’s work included new partitions and millwork, plus a complete carpet, paint, and patch job. Lake was also responsible for new HVAC and other mechanicals.
