Highlights of the project included Modular Arts wall panels, 9-Wood Ceilings, systems furniture office fronts, cloud ceilings, concrete polished floors, and exposed ceilings to the deck with exposed painted MEP’s in some areas.
In areas with exposed mechanical’s, coordination and collaboration was highly important and was handled quickly and efficiently which resulted in efficient and user friendly work environments.
Renovations were completed early February 2014 with only an 8 week project schedule.
