The new lobby at 141 Portland Street features custom resin panels, brand new ceramic tile floors, and a curved wood slatted ceiling with flush recessed lighting. Each piece of wood was individually installed to ensure a seamless look to the ceiling.
The Lobby then received a fresh coat of paint, new elevator cladding and Lake also installed brand new mailboxes for the tenants.
